Nui Beo Coal JSC Completed Key Project Setting a New Record
The pit 381.6 meter deep and 416.8 meter long has become the deepest throughout the history of projects of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin). This key project of the Company was implemented in due time on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the mine liberation on April 25 (1955-2015) and 40th anniversary of Southern Vietnam Liberation Day celebrated on April 30 (1975-2015).
At the next phase of construction Nui Beo will focus on coordination with the contractors while continuing construction of the station system, tunnels, a station at the depth of 350 meters, a temporary tower at the depth of 140 meters, boreholes equipped with additional reinforcement. It will start installing permanent equipment to ensure compliance with the plan accepted by Group and guarantee timely launch of the project in strict conformity with the schedule.
