Aleksandr Dyatlov has been employed with Corum Group since September 2013. He made his first steps with the Group in the position of the Head of the Financial Department of Corum Svet Shakhtyora. Under his auspices, the Group managed to reduce its expenses by 20%. After this, Aleksandr received a new larger objective, to manage the operational activities of the plants of the Underground Mining Division. In 2014, he became the Head of the Department for Coordination of Operation of the Underground Mining Division’s Plants. He was involved in the implementation of the programme for the manufacture of the products which used to be manufactured by the plants lost as a result of the military conflict in East Ukraine. The manufacture was shifted to Corum Svet Shakhtyora and Corum Druzhkovsky Machine-building Plant. Actually, the manufacture was arranged from the ground up, without any investment and any increase in the fixed costs. Besides, the team headed by Aleksandr formed an efficient vertical centralised order management system, from booking orders to coordination of all the Division’s functions and plants, in terms of manufacturing the ordered products and their shipment. Since September 2015, he has been occupying the position of the Acting Director of Corum Group’s Underground Mining Division. Aleksandr has set to himself an ambitious goal, to achieve the Group’s world leadership in engineering, manufacture and promotion of the most efficient machinery and equipment for underground mining. From 2005, Aleksandr occupied various positions with DTEK, from a specialist of the investment department to the financial director of VostokEnergo, a power generating company. He has two higher education diplomas: he graduated from Donetsk National University majoring in Intellectual Decision-Making Systems, Mathematics and Programming and from Donetsk State University of Management majoring in Finances. He also graduated from Institute of Post-Graduate Studies of Donetsk National Technical University majoring in Power Engineering.
